I've found that the more times I go under, the longer my time. I actually did 2'45" in a pool a few years ago, but that was after several warm-up breath holds..

thats why i did 3 attempts in each vid, to see if by doing it a few times, i could last longer, :)

cool vid. im 35 now, been smoking pack a day plus since 15.. so, 20 yrs now. i can do about a minute 10 at my best.. 1:57 is pretty impressive!!

i can do like 2.30 in my best times but that is over the water

under im sooo weak i dont know but over water its ok i think ;)

1:10 is a respectable time sir! I wonder if its because we smoke and that fact is why we can go without oxygen longer...as smoking itself is an act of oxygen deprivation. I really had a blast doing this a second time! I totally surprised myself with the 3rd attempt.
