You are retarded because of people like you my house and all the houses in my neighborhood were flooded. When you drive around and splash the water into the yards it killed the grass and put water in our homes.

Wow, a lot of silly commentsthat don't make much sense! This was the result of Tropical Storm Fay which stalled out off the Brevard County shore, and dumped over 20 inches of rain.
It's not a storm surge or a flash flood, it's from stalled out Tropical Storm Fay.

that's more like a flash flood than a real flood. Check out the flood pics and vids of the flood in Cedar Rapids IA. The water got over the top of our street signs. That's a FLOOD
