hi i have an acei male around 6 inches. his dorsal fin and tail are white. sometime it changes to yellow. why?

@thewatersnake I would say so because the makes have like a little white on their fins. but I also find that males have a little extension on their dorsal fin.

Great video, it looks like the male snuck a couple of the eggs for a free snack!

I usually separate the fry after a week or so. (to answer the question from a year ago). the females have completely yellow fins, as a rule, to answer a more recent question.
