@cowboy1165 if 100% percent of the people want segregation the usa government should say no we are not only a democracy and we have something called a constitution. right to bear arms was very important back then not now. your taking something that was made to protect people and turning it to you own sick pleasures. i hope you go to a college or high school level history class or at least an english class so you can understand the type of english being used. good day sir

Every man who was willing and able to defend America could be a soldier. In 1800 we had approx . 5 million people and 1million possible soldiers. in 1900 we had approx. 70 million people and 10 million possible soldiers.
