Original jazz improvisation in three-quarter time on the tune "My Favorite Things" from the musical "The Sound of Music." Played by Evan Chow, age 17, on March 7, 2011.

"My Favorite Things" is a song from the 1959 Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, "The Sound of Music." Mary Martin was first to sing it on Broadway, but Julie Andrews made it a signature tune in the 1965 film adaptation by the same name. Maria, the character who sings the song, recounts the things she loves when things are not going so well.
