  • as long as everyone is above the age of sexual consent they can do what the hell they like.

most poloticians are perverted bastards anyway....

and are the true pornographers of the free world.... " you can have their democracy, but only on their terms"

  • Obscenity?? Lol. It's just more moralist douchebags trying to shove their ultraconservative ideals down our throats. "Obscenity" is subjective, for god sakes! No one can themselves determine what is and isn't obscene. People have different degrees of tolerance. I love video games with violence, and I like sex in movies. Hell, I've watched lots of porn. I'm not afraid to admit it. I don't consider it "obscene." Humans have been violent and sexual since the dawn of time.

  • Congradualtions on the court victory.

  • The right wing fascists want to take your freedom

  • FUCK THE GOVERNMENT.

  • JOHN HASN'T DONE ANYTHING BAD TO ANYONE, HAS PEOPLE WHO SPEAK NONSENSE IT IS ENVY HIM. IN FACT THESE PEOPLE THAT CONDEMNS IT WANTED TO BE LIKE HIM, YES!!

  • How much money does this guy have? it must be a lot right since hes one of the top producers in porn?

  • Though Stagliano's prosecution was thrown out of court (as it should have been), it was only because of prosecution bungling, not because the government has decided to recognize the First Amendment rights of pornographers. Bush era anti-"obscenity" indictments are still going full steam ahead. This is an ideological purge using the most unfair and illegal tactics to imprison fimlmakers. The worst is yet to come unless you speak out now.

  • The John Stagliano vs The United States case was thrown out today. Congratulations to John and a good day for freedom of speech.

  • Justin Raimondo was right all of the people at Reason and the Cato Institute care about are butt sex and drug use to advance Libertarianism, Yawwwn. I guess that's why it took a Ron Paul to mainstream Libertarian ideas.

  • Always liked his movies, heard he is HIV positive, but has been healthy so far.

  • I think the point of contention for a lot of comments here on this subject is whether the materials produced by stagliano is offensive. 'offensive' differs to that of the layman to that of governmental law. a line has to be drawn somewhere as to what that actually is. film producers such as him push the boundry of acceptable to test the law. only in court, is the boundry defined. he says it's art, and maybe to him it is. to me, it is filming people having sex. what a schmuck.
