DUDE NO WAYY. that was pretty hilarious. but in reality you cant for a couple of reasons... 1 you cant peddle a moped to 40mph and 2 you dont have a moped. but again i must give u props for that creative hillarious joke. good one

Haha. Lame. The needle on my seedometer on my tomos lx goes all the way around back to the silver pin that stops it from going lower than 0. (my moped goes 60)

i have a 2000 tomos targa lx. it's a pretty great moped. i got a biturbo and tuned it up and it goes about 44-46 mph
