Dan Rather reports from Dallas on November 21, 2003. This segment features the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald by Jack Ruby in the basement of the Dallas Police Department, and the pictures of Jack Beers of the Dallas Times Herald and Bob Jackson of the Dallas Morning News. Beers and Jackson took almost simultaneous (1/6 of a second apart) pictures of the shooting, which occurred on November 24, 1963. Jackson later won the Pulitzer Prize for his picture.

Gee, I'm surprised that the conspiracy clowns don't invent some garbage about Jack Beers dying of a heart attack at age 51 (eeewwww...suspicious!) I mean "obviously" he was tipped off about the shooting beforehand...he knew too much and had too be eliminated (ha-ha!)

ruby woke up late since he worked at night at his girlie club, oswald was to be transfered by 10, ruby went to transfer money at western union the receipt was stamped 11:17 am 4 minutes later he shot oswald he did not know he was still there and he broght his dog and left him in the car not the sign of plannig to kill him

Dan Rather saw what conspiracists insisted on not seeing , JFK's head going forwards with extreme violence 2 to 3" before the slower 'back and to the left' motion .

This was backed up by Itek Corp. computer study that showed all major particals of JFK's skull and brains going in a forward movement and this is backed by all the shell fragments found in the forward compartments of the limo .

Equates to LHO shooting JFK from behind .
