@herbgardner00 Hi, this is the first time hearing about this, i'm starting to so grey now, I'm noticing 4 pieces of white hair, i just pull them out. is this okay to take on other herbs, right now i'm on chasteberry...what is the best kind to take, and extract? @hvcool yes fo-ti is a misnomer. make sure its a prepared extract. 1 - 2 tsps of an extract 1-2x per day would suffice.

I would like to know what brand is a reputable brand and where do I get it? Also I read that you can not take it raw. Isn't an extract in raw form or has it been prepared? Where do you advise that I order it from? I really want to try it mainly for health reasons as an overall tonic.

toke it over a year now & drinking the tea through the tea on top of the pill I take morning and night. My hair is not strong as it was in my early 20's but from a guy that was going totally bald my hair is now looks like it's turning over

I dont see my hair fall out anymore, & everyone's been telling me your hair looks darker and stronger now. But still not in a way that been DONT noticed that I am balding :(

I was wondering if it was necessary to taking constantly or when the four month trial shows its end results it would indicate that you purified your kidneys which govern your hair folicles and it wouldn't return? Im all ears and thank a whole heep for this tip.
