@Nizzemanden But not the way we have evolved. we've been eating meat and other animal products for so long we depend on them for certain conversions. i think to be honest if the human race wanted to all go vegan, lots of people would die (given we could support every one) because we arent ready! but if we all went vegitarian wed survive, then a couple generations down the road... either way i dont care, i have no plans on being a vegan. I dont like the factory farming, go organic

@Nizzemanden your missing the point mate, vegitarianism has been around for as far our history records, vegans have never exsisted as a socitey. its an experiment, good on ya. i know of famous vegans who did great, veganism play a part? perhaps? But not everybody is the same, i dont think everyone should be a vegitarian, not everyBODY is the same. I do think its possible to live vegan for certain people, and i also think one day through evoloution we could all become vegan and thrive.

@choicesdefineus if so, then "sufficient information" wont be available ever. scientists are paid for, and thus greedy bastards. the meat, dairy and egg industry will all pay for scientists to discover that their products are a necessity. Don't buy into that crap! It shows that a plant based diet is the most healthiest one. I mean, we're talking TWO things that make a difference on vegetarianism and veganism, how can their nutritional valuables not be anywhere else? go vegan.

i dont eat meat but im no vegan, and i think all these people preaching vegan should stop, their is no sufficent information that vegan is helathy, you are an experiement and i comend you for it, but to try and get people to become one to is just... wrong.
