  • ..what kind of control strategies that you used for this platform?.. ..are you using DSP controller or using PLC application?.. ..how about the sensor?..

  • We are using LQG controller with integral feedback. The control and monitoring is done by Maltab-xPC Target. The sensing is done by position sensors located at the base of the cylinders.

  • With the control strategy we applied position control was very good. Good performance was also achieved using PI control. With regards to the speed of the system, using the LQG controller scheme the maximum speed achieved to get optimum performance is 15 mm/s

    Do you find it hard to achieve accurate positioning with pneumatics? How fast can you move?
