Sorry to spam, but just to clear some things up, THIS PARTICULAR BME Pain Olympics IS REAL. The most popular one is the one that is fake (but everyone has seen), and in all honesty while cutting off your dick and balls are crazy some of the things I've seen in the real dick mutilation videos are even worse 0.o.

More like, "I'm a sadistic masochistic idiot with a fucked up self mutilation fetish" All men need to learn to love their manhood no matter how much money they're offered to do shit like that.
