  • maybe he should do a video on how to not have a gut

  • @nokia3210fuck Yes there is a big difference... You should check out Westside Barbell.com for specifics on Power Bech Pressing... Totally different in terms or train styles, and technique...

  • anatomy and physics, nigguh whaaat

  • is there a difference between in the technique between benchpressing for weightliftung and for bodybuilding?

  • @KaseyAkira The bigger the muscle, the better the angle at which the muscle is to apply a force to the load. The out-most muscle fibres of the muscle are at a better angle to attack the load because there further away from the centre of the muscle that the load is being applied to. I think i get it but its really difficult to explain.

  • @KaseyAkira soo.. BBers are bigger than Andy Bolton, Scot Mendelson, Vlad Alhazov....lol wut?

  • @KaseyAkira

That is true, but when you have a muscle that ishas grown and has bone in one side of it, it will tend to protude to the other side. In the case of the quadriceps and femur, that would increase the distance between the center of the quads and the femur, and by simple trigonometry increase the angle of attack of the quads.

  • @KaseyAkira True. You can't change the insertion of the muscle, now matter how big it is, it'll alyways insert in the same place.
