They need to make some sections underground. I realize that Houston is at sea level, but if they really want to reduce accidents and congestion in a city of 2 million and growing in density, a underground section will be needed. Right now, it's too much like a streetcar than a light rail, and that, will not do for a city the size of Houston.

I do agree that older Hispanics don't even put in the effort to learn English. I'm from Miami, Ive met people that've lived in the US for decades and cant speak any worthwhile English. I'm Hispanic myself so I'm not discriminating, just pointing out personal experience. But thats also part of being a multi cultural country. In Miami we also have a lot of thing in Creole as well.

Fucking Mexicans... There's so many, you have to make sure everything has Spanish so they know what's going on. America should be an English speaking country ONLY. Everybody else learns English if they don't know it.
