School of the Dead (Zombie Short)

Our First 6th Form Film.
This film was supposed to be a sweeded version of 'Dawn of the Dead' but it kind of turned into a completely different movie xD
Filmed and Edited in under a day.
Very fun to film even if we are bad actors :P

@ZombieCamProductions the british really DONT have guns, the police, the citizens, maybe a few smyggled and the army. Just take the 28 days/week later movies as a reference, Days they only have bats and a machette, only the army guys have guns and even in Weeks they had to bring the Yanks over to get some true weaponry over there =p. Oh I don't know what all the hating is on the directing/acting/ect I actually thought it was decent especially a lot of the camera angles were well thought out.

@dialtone187 indeed. I think its rather clear that there arent going to be as many guns in the UK as there would be anywhere else in the world - especially those shown in the video. But we never intended this to be even slightly realistic... we just used what we had to hand at the time.

@dialtone187 Also it was the first time any of us had attempted to create a film so we really were just having fun with it. And thanks, i can say with confidence that the acting is quite terrible, but in terms of directing an use of the camera itself we didnt really do that bad for our first time :)

@kasumisman that was our biggest issue from this short(aide from terrible acting etc...) but it was a camera provided to us via school, and none of us had a decent camera at the time, but if u have the time feel free to check out our other stuff, much better quality i assure you :)

@sparktheshadow next time...maybe, take note that this was our FIRST film...ever. Thus its obviously not gunna be a fucking masterpiece. And maybe there is also the fact it was all filmed and edited in 1 day could possibly have contributed to the outcome... think about what you say before you say it next time.
