Do you think this is a workout for men only. Would it be advisable for women to do this. I don't want to add too much muscle???? Great video !

i always see these stacked guys doing crazy things with these ropes...is this for the average joe? this looks like it was filmed in the gym where i work out!

average joe can do this. with consistency, you wont be an average joe anymore since today's average health and fitness status is not impressive.
let's try to change the definition of average. What do you think? You should try this out.

Jose, great video (and I love the soundtrack.) Is EACH rope 50 feet long or is the total length 50 feet. Also, can you recommend a place to buy the rope?

Thanks. yes, each is 50 feet long. total of 100 feet. I just googled manila rope suppliers and called a supplier. where do you live?
