PLC Sorting Conveyor

Programmable Logic Controller I programmed to sort small washers. I'm pretty proud of it. It took 60 lines of instruction and took 12 pages to print out. Here's the process it carries out with each piece.
Step 1-Measure height. Too tall or too short, piece dumps at the end of conveyor. Height good, next step
2-Measure width. Too wide or thin, piece is dumped off the side. Width good, next step.
3-Metal or plastic piece? Metal dumped at first chute, plastic at second. Another piece is dispensed and starts at step 1.
4-Peg dispensed and carried under chute to grab piece.
5-Peg with piece is sorted at end of conveyor 2. Plastic on left, metal on right.
6-Process continues until electronic counter reaches its preset limit.
