@GregMcCahon Yep, completely agree with you. I think for quick stuff Optical Flow is great for just the "single click and done" setup, but if I was trying to do something more polished I'd probably stick with Twixtor as well.

@Cineman2011 I know ahaaa :') It's more to do with the fact that I know that shows it's fake slow motion as you can see by the wings on the bees :)
How did you slow the footage down to 2%? When I was testing out some of my own video in FCP X I was stuck at predetermined intervals such as 50%, 25%, 10% etc. Thanks.

@mrjak1998 You can just drag the timing bar above the clip or use the inspector.

The footage wouldn't look that choppy if you had shot the footage with a higher shutter speed than 60fps. A higher shutter speed makes it easier for the software to generate frames inbetween.

@pcfreak1992 Shutter speed and FPS are not the same. 60fps is the max for the 60D (and every consumer camera I know), so I was stuck with that. I used a shutter speed of 1/125", but did experiment with speeds up to 1/1000". The software actually made a lot of "chop" with the high shutter rate (which makes sense since there was more time between frames). After some more testing after this video I think a shutter speed of about 1/400" is the sweet spot for smooth motion and good detail at 60fps.
