  • Although the music is completely different, this ranks with Horowitz's "Stars and Stripes" as one of the finest piano transcriptions of the past hundred years! Borodin's ingenious counterpoint of the descending and apparently disparate melodies to an inevitable and harmonious end.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this performance!

  • A truly memorable performance!

This brilliant, soft, passionate performance and arrangement of such a haunting classic is truly memorable and is further evidence of the fact that there is more in any real classic than can be portrayed in an single performance.
