Methods in Enzymology is one of the most highly respected publications in the field of biochemistry. First published in 1955, there are now over 450 volumes in the collection, with material still relevant today. The series is currently edited by John Abelson and Mel Simon, with each volume being guest-edited and contributed to by the top researchers in the field.
In this video, John and Mel introduce a two-volume series, edited by Tracy Handel and Damon Hamel, compiling and highlighting recent methods in chemokine methods, and detail the protocols necessary for successful experiments.
