I've been taking day trips to various locations not far from Baltimore. About 1 1/2 hours away is the Amish community of Intercourse, PA.

i wish tourist. would stay the hell outta lancaster county pa we dont want you ppl here you drive solw your rude you litter our roads and nose all around our houses i hate when i see a car comes by and the ppl in it stare at my house and me

This is just beautiful I have been here I am from WV and this is a way of life I could live :) Great song too!

We have been there and it is a very beautiful part of Pennsylvania.
It is obvious to the casual observer there are deep roots of the Amish here.
A must see place to visit and meet the pleasant folks from this area.

that's how i grew up in Russia. We lived in the countryside and had gardens, and different animals. After a long and a hard day !!!!! we went to the river or had bonfires with friends( children did) or just went outside to have some hot tea with russian pastries while talking about life. miss that time))))))))
