I take issue with equating Hannan's economics with Friedman's, as the description of this video does. Friedman was an economic genius, whose policies if properly understood would have prevented the credit crunch. Hannan is precisely the sort of ultra-neo-liberal that ruled Britain under Thatcher from 1979 to 1990, and it was in those years that the financial system in our country and in America, gained the potential to over lend so much and toxify their balance sheets.

America is a great country. People ought to acknowledge this.
