The Dynamic Integration™ training emphasizes neurological development. One of the major exercises is to help the child develop normal neurological activity of opposite arm and leg movement. Cross crawl activity was first defined by Dr. Paul Dennison who saw that left and right visual fields, development of bilateral movement skills for crawling, walking, or seeing depth is essential to the childs growing sense of autonomy. It is also a prerequisite for whole-body coordination and ease of learning in the near-visual area. Cross Crawl activity helps to integrate binocular vision, binaural hearing, and the left and right sides of the brain and body.
I don't know if that child is having much fun doing all those serious exercises. It's good to start training early but is should be fun as well. Maybe you should add another kid in the mix
