How to open dutch LIPS police handcuffs

The video explains how to open Official dutch LIPS police handcuffs with just a simple piece op paper. This will probably work with most types of handcuffs. Non hinged ones are even easier.

I guess this would only work if you're being arrested by some cop who forgets to 1) double lock it, 2) cuff em behind your back, 3) cuff both wrists and 4) who then hands you a paper.

If you'd ever find súch a stupid cop, I bet he'll hand you the keys if you'd ask him to.

Wonder why you're showing this without putting both handcuffs on, is that because it won't work?

Simply double locking the handcuffs will prevent this from working.
