I live in Upstate NY. I'm retired now from the NYPD. I see videos like this and can't help but think what a beautiful and magical place England is. Especially a small town like this. I wish I could travel. I would visit Dawlish.

It was pretty dire weather, but luckily there's a very handy shelter where we were standing that kept the rain off!
