Inspired by, and in tribute to, the "I am a Craft Brewer" video shown at the 2009 Craft Brewers Conference. This is dedicated to all of the men and women who comprise the American Craft Brewing Movement and to the countless others who comprise the Home Brewing Movement.

Nice job fellas! I hope this video will inspire some to take up the hobby, or at least seek out some good homebrew to drink. It really is amazing that the quality of homebrew often meets and exceeds that of even the best microbreweries.

This project started out initially as a thread devoted to the IAACB video on homebrewtalk & morphed into what you witness here.

We undertook this project opening it up to the brewing public, anyone/everyone that happened upon the project.

That said, of an initial group approaching 50 people that wanted to participate, we only received 22 actual submissions.

The wonderful, creative, & dedicated brewers of homebrewtalk conceived & then completed this homage to great beer and the IAACB video.

The tradition of brewing means making beer with what is at hand. Corn and wheat and rice grow well in America so it is little wonder that brewers of generations past used it, and not just ones at evil corporations. Let's not define ourselves by what we are not gentlemen.
