NBC News reports on 2/20/1972 on genocidal rapes of Bangladeshi women and girls during the Bangladesh Liberation War. The report interviews pregnant girls held at Pakistani army barracks and repeatedly raped. Some of the girls are as young as 13.

i am a paki, sorry from the depth of my heart for what those beasts did to you. It is realy shamful for us. Pak army does not represent Pakistan, they represent Punjab only. There are always some black sheeps. Mujibur Rahman had the right of ruling over pakistan east and west both but Bhutto snatched that right and what pakistan's napak army did in bangal, we are all aware today. Yo wont beleive what pakistanis are told by thier media. Pakistanis I have met say India started the whole thing and brainwashed the Bangladeshis to revolt. Worst part is they believe that.

India let the 90,000 surrendered Pakistani soldiers go because of pressure from the US.They should have been kept and tried for WAR crimes.

Our forces have also been accused of war crimes in Kashmir, Sri Lanka and NE India, but atleast some action is taken. such incidents show that we still are animals.

Thanks for your comment. As Bangladeshi what we want? Just the recognition of this genocide and rape from the government of Pakistan. And,we want formal apology from the government of Pakistan for this heinous crime. As a victim, we deserve it. Unfortunately, Pakistan government has not yet seek apology for this crime. Moreover, we do not see any pressure from Pakistani citizens on Pak govt in this regard.I am also shocked when I see some Pakistani classmates do not know about this.
