The effect of those pictures I made is that they pick up the bags that fall on the ground from time to time. But in general authorities don't care. And please do not kill nobody.

After my intervention in the city hall, and all other institutions responsible, they simply told me they can't do anything because "we would have to hire monkeys to take it off the trees". City reacted after I took it to the newspaper. Now it looks much better. They cleaned the area surrounding the dumping site but plastic bags remain up in the trees and the city doesn't do anything about rehabilitating this dump and the bags still fly around.

I think this movie needs a little explanation. It was shot by me in a beginning of April this year. It is a forest on the borders of Warsaw, capital of Poland. Those bags are being blown by wind from a huge mountain of nearby closed city dump. It is not protected enough and the bags are being wiped from it and land on the surrounding forest. Bags are on the ground and on the branches.

Maybe we shouldve stayed with paper, I know some stores has now their own recycle bags like Wal-Marts, Krogers and other stores. I trys to stay away from plastics even more so now because I'm really trying to do my part in saving the planet. I wish everyone would use recycle bags and never plastics again. i dont understand the new lie i am seeing all over the internet that plastic bags will be around for ever . i do a lot of walking and i pick up trash when ever i see some . if i go to pick up an old shopping bag it falls apart .if its been there long enough i cant even pick it up , how long am i talking about . if it was a year that would be the most but 100 years theres no way you could even find it
