TEXT;Find a comfortable place, close your eyes and relax, take a deep breath in, and breathe out, breathe in, breathe out, breathe in breath out. Now see yourself as a child, you are safe and secure, you are in a wide meadow, see all the beautiful flowers around you, notice their bright vibrant colours,breathe in their wonderful energy, feel the cool grass underneath your feet,the sun shines gently on your face uplifting you,renewing every cell in your body, you feel happy safe and secure. Run through the meadow, dance, sing, do what ever makes you feel happy and free.
You now see in the distance a beautiful blue light, you start to walk towards this light knowing it is safe to do so. As you get closer the light gets bigger and brighter, as you reach the light now you realise that it is a beautiful angel, larger than anybody you have ever seen,emitting a peace you have never felt before in your life until now,this angel is Archangel Michael, and within you now you feel more safe loved and protected than you have ever felt in your life. Michael smiles at you and reaches out his hand to you, you put your hands in his, and he asks you now to feel your wings, you now feel from your shoulders your beautiful angel wings appear and growlarger and larger. These wings have always been here and always will be, you just needed to remember. Michael asks you now to fly with him, with your hands in his you fly higher and higher into the sky, the earth below you becomes smaller and smaller till you can no longer see it,you know that at all times you are safe and Michael will never let you fall.
You see in the distance a cloud shimmering, brilliant and white,Michael guides you onto the cloud and here you both sit. Michael now gives you the opportunity to be free of anything that is preventing you from moving forward at this time,he hands you a mirror, as you look into this mirror you see exactly what you need to release from your life and you understand why,this can be a person, a place, a situation, sometimes it can be you, sometimes we can hold ourselves back from living the life we wish for without realising, take a few moments to reflect on what you have seen
it is time now to release what you have seen, you hand the mirror back to Michael,the Mirror now dissolves in a flame of blue light he has created just for you,to free you,this is a wonderful opportunity for you now, as you are now free to move forward.
He then takes his blue flaming sword which is tied around his waist and he guides it gently and safely around your energy field cleansing you completely. You can now see your own energy field and it is sparkling with all the colours of the rainbow,blue,green,red,orange,yellow,violet,and indigo,all merging beautifully together, and you are now vibrant with health with peace and with joy. You both now stand up, Michael takes your hand and you both start to fly towards the earth again. Getting closer and closer, You feel freer and lighter than before.
When you land on the earth Michael tells you to always remember your wings, they will take you any where you wish to go, and to always remember how beautiful and loved, safe and protected you are, and that any time you need help, just call on him and he will be there. Just before he leaves he gives you a gift, this is especially for you at this time to help you in your life, you thank Michael for all his help, and say goodbye. You run on through the meadow now, laughing dancing happy safe and free, what a joy to be a child.

Now feel yourself come back into the room, move your fingers and toes and become aware of your body, and in your own time open your eyes, stand up, ground yourself, get a glass of water, and have some quiet time for reflection. If you like, you can get a pen and paper and write some notes about your experience.
