elky72ss454 is full of crap. Your bike is absolutely awsome. H-D finally got the grind right under the paint & clear coat. It takes a min of 10K to break this bike in. Then look out. Join CVO Harley and CVO Garage Springer section look for Jack in the old posts. You might learn something. Believe me, it ain't enough just to own one to get the most out of it. I got the exact same one last week, pipes and everything. it looks awesome and sounds brutal. hearing it over a video doesn't do it justice.

2009 springers are ugly. Paint is good but...swingarm stinks, oil tank sucks, rear fender is terrible. 2008 springers are awesome!
