Slippery - We Seek The Vengeance _ 80's HARD / METAL

This "fan made custom tribute" video is an ode to two of the things that I most like: Hard'n'heavy music (80's Heavy Metal) and Science Fiction (Sci-Fi).

The movie is The Road Warrior, directed by George Miller, produced by Byron Kennedy, released in 1981. This is the sequence of the movie Mad Max, australian Ozplotation classic. This is one of my favorite movies from all times.

The group Slippery was formed in the town of Campinas (São Paulo / Brazil) in 2005. They are a young groups but their music is hard rock / heavy metal in the same vein of some classic eights bands such as W.A.S.P., Twisted Sister, King Kobra, Keel, Rough Cutt, Stryper and Quiet Riot to name a few. Nevertheless the band call their style as 80s Hard Metal.

Slippery are:
Fabiano Drudi - Vocals
Dragão - Lead guitar and background vocals
Kiko Shred - Lead guitar and background vocals
Érico Moraes - bass guitar and background vocals
Rod Rodrigues - drums, cymbals and background vocals
Guest musician - Marcelo Diniz - Keyboards.

The song "We Seek the Vengeance" is the last track of their 1st record, an E.P. called "Follow your Dreams" released indie in the year 2007. Music by Dragão, Rod, Érico & Ace. Words by Hulk. On the credits your can hear samples of the song "No time to sorrow", words by Dragão and Drudi, music by Dragão.

I chose "We Seek the Vengeance" because it goes well with the movie and if you listen to the lyrics you'll realise that they match exactelly with the highway gangs searching for revenge aganist the Road Warrior!

I hope you all enjoy the video! This is dedicated to fantastic movie director Dr. George Miller (after the Mad Max triology he did very sucefull movies such as Lorenzo's Oil, The Witches of Eastwick, Twilight Zone, Babe and Happy Feet).

Fabiano Drudi did an awesome job on the vocals of "we seek the vengeance" i'm really proud to be part of Slippery's history.
