The best exercises for burning fat are resistance training and cardiovascular training exercises, which include running and swimming. Work out on a treadmill in conjunction with resistance exercises with advice from an athletic trainer in this free video on personal training and exercising.

  • chrosstrainers are the best for fat burning i find it more effective then a treadmill, i can feel the burn oa a chrosstrainer after 15 mins but thanks for the vid

  • All it really takes is determination and a healthy food choice. I gave up fast food, eating out, chocolate, candy, etc. I gave up candy for my teeth, too. People say it' too hard, so I assume they don't have the will to do so. Just eat healthy and exercise.

  • Can anyone tell me why the heck my knees(outside of knees) hurt everday since I started walking on the treadmill? I bought new walking/running shoes because I realized my feet were going inward. But my knees still hurt 1 week and a half into my walking routine! I want to jump rope,but not sure if that will make my knees worse?

  • @rain884 Sorry,but there is no such thing as a spot fat removal,when your body spends fat for energy it takes fat from your entire body,not your belly ,thighs etc.... you don't ever see anyone with fat thighs and arms with a six pack.And there is no healthy quick fat loss diet,u simply have to eat 6 small healthy and and a good cardiovascular and anaerobic exercise program...but most important be persistent. PS.... 45 minutes just make sure to keep your hart rate up.Good luck
