@lion53boy no crap the law applies to everyone. That's why the law is not racist towards anyone. Keep this in mind: The law states that for a cop to ask for papers he must do 2 things:
1) Already be pulling the person over for something else (speeding, running led light, etc.)
2) Have significant reason to believe they are illegal (IE, they have no ID or a fake ID.)
It's not convenient in ANY way, it's a complicated bill, and it was made that way to NOT seem racist.
