Gran Turismo 5 - Red Bull X1 Challenge Gold - Nürburgring + Monza + Suzuka

Nürburgring: 2:07:785
Monza: 2:03:079 (Re-Run because of missing replay, original time was 2:02:1something)
Suzuka: 2:09:897

I'm using the Logitech Driving Force EX

For me, key in beating the challenge was:
- driving a "clean" line
- lifting the brakes earlier to avoid locking the wheels and keep the speed through the corner
- and as always: slow in, fast out (braking early, hitting the apex and early on the throttle)
- using the view i used in the video because it's higher above the ground and therefore makes it look slower (normally never use this camera)

Settings: ABS=1, everything else off

Wait so to get the Red Bull X2010, I need to be level 30 A-spec then get at least bronze in all 3 of the races? well that seam easy enough can I use a Zonda R? I'm level 16 now but buy the time I'm level 30 I will have enough to buy and fully upgrade the Zonda R but can I use it and will it be best?

@12scoots34 The challenge unlocks once you've reached level 30 in either a- or b-spec ... And you have to complete the challenge with the car in the video ;) but the Zonda R would be way too slow anyway.

@thecomposerz I like it because it was cheap and i had it for yeas. But nowadays i would probably buy the Driving Force GT or if you have more money the Logitech G27.

iPhone 4 on a DIY tripod was the camera

I can get 2m 13s on Nürburgring... does using a Steering wheel make a difference? i'm just using a standard dual shock.
