I have another problem, I can not mount the BL onto my Manfotto tripod. I have the 503 head. The thread on the tripod is too short. How do you mount the BL onto a tripod? do I need to buy a new tripod? or do I just need some adapter?
Hi, I bought a similar camera like your camera there and I want to test it, but I dont know what to do to make it work. I dont have a battery; but I do have battery cords. Do you know what kind of battery it takes to run it?
On my camera it has a Multi-sync 505 as a motor. Theres a cord that goes to the Multi-sync and the other end has a 4 pins connector and theres another cord that I think its an XLR 4 pins that can connect to it.
you need to develop the film which is really hard to do at your house especially if you want color and if you get a professional to do it it would cost alot. developing 23 frames on my slr camera costs 10 dollars

Thanks a lot for the help. I'll go rent it first and buy it later if I need it.

@HmFilmmaker
I would just google arri 16s battery pack. If it were me I would consider renting them from a house

Very nice. I've got an Arriflex 16BL-EQ, one of the last model of BL to be produced (circa early 1980s).
