Definitely one highly skilled, quick handed, light on his feet, well conditioned, fat man, he did really well. CW has also lost 45 lbs since so he is no long a fat man.

anybody who turns up for a professional fight in the shape Chauncy Welliver is, is takin the piss...show some respect to the sport you bum...we've got a fighter in england called John McDermott who's the same. say's for a fight that he works as hard as anybody during training. no it just feels like you do cause your several stone over weight. it is what it is but don't tells us your dedicated to boxing...
-
Very honest...Heard you east side boxing Chauncey...Have you thought about changing your name to Shoney's.. that's a restaraunt chain in Memphis..
-
Haha! I love Chauncy : D
-
wow What happend to The Hillyard Hammer?? Fat Dorky White Guy ?? C mon dude....Good chin Chauncy but stay true to all of us in Spokane...& I cant believe u would roll into the ring as out of shape as u were...especially out of country....good effort but waaaay more roadwork. You arent even a southpaw...faster jab though by u switching...Who's next ?

Man you are loving the sport!
Fuck what people say, as long as you go into the ing with warriors like Solis, you got my respect!
-
last fight I believe welliver was like around 230, if thats true, that is fuckin amazing.
no matter what happens with the career, at least hes giving himself the opportunity by
getting in shape, solis and arreola should take note.

@nikitobu insensitive, unpleasant and not necessary. He is following his dream, the best he can. He has talent. He has dropped a lot of weight. Your comment make you out to be a small hateful idiot, which is worse than enjoying food too much.

@hillyardhammer Is this really you in the video?
Not gonna sit here and argue with anybody and say I aint fat. I think anybody watching the video can see that I am! lol
As far as being an embarrasment, I went more rounds with an Olympic gold medal winner than anybody yet, and even won a round or 2 on 10 days notice.

I loved fighting Solis, as he is a very good fighter and getting that experience was great for me, and I think he could go very far. Unfortunantly I didn't win, but will hopefully have a little more than 10 days next time I get a fight like this. As far as being an embarresment to the sport, at least I am not an embarresment to my home town, and to my family, who show love and support everytime I step into the ring. ;-)
Thanks everybody for watching.
