Wildcamp on the bank of a backwater off shoot to river Thames after a days tour canoeing. Set up bivvy tarp parallel to slope of the riverbank to create more space and comfort. Any adverse weather like heavy rain and wind then tarp can be readjusted via telescopic basha poles to give more protection and cover e.g. slant one side of the tarp down into direction of breeze or rain. A brief bit of info' regarding set up and some kit and the joy of the leisurely pursuit of canoe/wildcamping.

  • Sorry mate just catching on to the VegEdGoku upload. Of course I now realize that I seen your original. Is it OK for this thing to happen?? I now find that I am subscribed to VegEdGoku ?? Did he at least ask your permission to use your vid. Do'nt really know how all this works or how it affects you? Or is it no big deal.?? Looking forward to more of your origional vids. Cheers mate. OORAH.

  • @redrocco44 No permission - I didn't know of his "upload" until 1 of my subs came across it & let me know. What pisses me is the info Veg' put in additional info' section below vid display, totally irrelevant to my vid. Will be finding out what the rights etc are. If it's a favourite on someones channel then it should still have the originators name under it, but not blatantly pretending it's yours and maybe getting undue response. Anyways you know Mindwiseman now for sure. ATB Cheers.

  • thoroughly enjoyable video, found your channel by error ~ looking for another channel. A very pleasant accident. Thanks for sharing. I believe you are an expert in "stealth camping'', something I am attempting to do here in the ''states''. Cheers

  • @10pennsy Thanks for your unexpected visist and feedback, much appreciated. Good luck with wilding it stealth style out there in the big ol' US of A.....good times! :-))

  • Hi love the videos, just so you no, aluminium camp sets ie mess tins are linked to altziemers, only use stainless steel, throw the aluminium out and even none stick to.

  • @danwormald No worries there, my profession involving diet/nutrition I'm fully aware of aluminium amongst other metals contributing to health probs'. All my kit is s/steel - pots/pans/billys/Swedish army trangia stove etc etc. All kit in this vid is s/steel - kettle/pots/pans. Thanks for the likeing, all the best!
