5.6" Fujitsu Lifebook u820 UMPC running Windows 7 Ultimate

Fujitsu Lifebook u820: 5.6" 1280 x 800 resolution touchscreen display, Intel z530 1.6GHz Atom processor, 1GB RAM, GMA500, 1.8" PATA 60GB 4200rpm HD running a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate. Released in 2008 this unit works surprisingly well after upgrading it to Windows 7 and installing the necessary drivers/software (which can all be found at Fujitsu's support website). A great sneak peak to the multi-touch widescreen 6" Fujitsu uh900 successor.

I actually like the uh900 model, too bad it isn't a tablet like this one. I heard the build quality on this model and the uh900 isn't too good (toy-like).

@Zignant I found the build quality satisfactory. Plastics used were of high quality and were used to obviously reduce weight and increase its durability. Very comparable to netbooks also plastic housings.

Jeez its amazing what these mini notebooks are capable of now days.. These look like the future, i wanna ditch my big 15" notebook now hahaha
