This Thai ads is educating us to pay some attention to exercises. Many of are kinda negligent in this particular area. There are so many benefits in doing exercises. The fitness concept has evolved so much that one can spend only a mere 15 minutes a day to get the full benefit of daily exercise - just got to choose the right type of exercise. A small investment for greater help. This body of ours is like a car. We souls are the drivers. Just as any car has maintenance routine, likewise, our body also need to be maintained well for a greater health and better quality of life. Together with that also incorporate meditation for mental health.
