  • he could have done 60 if he had his mind right, he was set on 50 is as many as he could do, which led him to not doing 1 more, but props anyway most people can't do the bar alone 50 times

  • @blackbone330.. That's prolly the dumbest analogy iv heard

  • He needs to lok it

  • u guys can talk crap saying they are half reps, bouncing, whatever fact is none of you guys behind your computer could come close to 50 reps of 225 in any way, shape or form.

  • he did half reps..

  • there was only 1 rep.. lol.. he's a wimp

  • I have never heard of a strength coach complaining about a little bounce. And if your repping and are locking your elbows out every time you will fuck something help guaranteed.

  • I counted one rep, number 50. You have to go all the way up. He's a beast, but he's bouncing it off his chest and doing a half rep. If he did full reps he'd probably still get 40.

  • @Clear4GPromo I hope you are a woman or haven't hit puberty yet.

  • No locking the elbows at the top, but man, I ain't complaining, this is a shitload of reps at 225

  • @Guada1upeCruz yea he bounced it quite a bit but 50 reps at 225 is still impressive

  • bounce central
