A jab at full speed would be pretty hard to just catch. You will also get clocked by the guys right because you've commited both hands to this jab catching business and you've left yourself completely open.

@TheAikidoBush WORD. Also look how that guy counters the punch. Nobody's gonna jus' stand there and let the guy just grab their arm. If he grabs me like that, I'll boot him in the gut way before he moves in. In fact, when he grabs the arm, he should do a sidekick to "soften up the ribs."
