If you'd been diagnosed w/ cancer 27 years ago, you'd most likely not be alive today. So, do what most of us survivors do-- smile & enjoy every day as best you can. You can be a positive influence in this world regardless of what your hair looks like.

I'm a 47 yr old male. When my hair began falling out at age 20, women told me to get over it. I guess it doesn't work both ways, huh??
