  • No one seems to know how to use this to edit videos!!!

I need help, the green triangle doesn't appear when I upload the video onto the software.

  • @SweetSunshineCamper

    Hi,

Unfortunately, this means that the codec used is not recognized.

I was able to do a lot of work by converting my video to Xvid using avidemux (free)

    Regards.

    Guillaume

  • After i imported the video that has a .3gp on the end. It doesnt load for 10 minutes, i tried it again and again but why does it doesnt load in the upper window? Please help me.

  • @sylorge

    Hi,

    .3gp is not supported

So you won't be able to load it.

    Regards.

    Guillaume

  • @guillaume5757 what can i do to make my 3gp videos become supported?

  • @sylorge

Try to convert it to avi/Xvid using avidemux.

I hope it'll work (at least, this couple is working with ZS4)

  • Ive learned nothing from your video.

  • Ok, somebody needs to make a video of how to use all of the basic special effects, with audio directions, or directions written on the screen. I can't even tell what effects are available, but if splitting, slowing down/speeding up, changing color, transitions, creative titles, ect are on this program, let's start with the basics. Show the dumb people where the buttons are, and what they do. Explain it. I don't want to have to use Windows Live Movie Maker just because I am slow...

  • Don't use this you guys! If you want open source, get Lightworks. Its 100% proffessional (used on Pulp Fiction, the Departed, etc) and it doesn't have any of this bullshit.

Or wait for Jahshaka 3.0. 18 days!

  • @freedomisrising I hear your pain! I'd like to learn this program too, looks very deep.I also would greatly desire to find some very basic get-started type videos with an audio narration. The two in this series is annotated nicely, but zips by on the screen. Will have to stick my face in the monitor and re-watch them carefully once I have a clue. There are a lot of vids on using Chroma Key but not much on the basics. I dd find some though by searching for "Zwei Stein"

  • What does it mean : "var_change" and what means "-80" there?

  • Could you put a tutorial of what everything is?

  • @doodgai

Wax. It actually has a preview window. And GrannyGoddy has some really good tutorials for it, too.

  • isn't there a way to affect the pitch of the audio track aswell? :(

  • sweet i got want i wanted to know from this video, that you can edit the sizes, seems to be like a cheap sort of version of Adobe After Effects which is exactly what i was looking for

  • Thanks for the tutorial. I wish it had audio and was a little slower. But I watched it a few times and actually learned how to do it. ZS4 is brand new (to me). So watching you do PIP was very helpful. Thanks. klimgod.com

  • The tutorial isn't bad, the software is just crap.
