As „Only For Bass" premiere, performed Double Bass Soloist Guy D. Tuneh an un-transcribed version of Paganini's Cantabile for Violin (or as Mr. Tuneh prefer to approach and to name this work after having in mind - „crying angles"...) first time ever on Double Bass, Mr. Tuneh was accompanied by Baltic Guitar Quartet member - Sergej Krinicin.

Its all about how the player feel & see the work that he performes and his Courage to follow his beliefs...

Take a look at this Video description....

    Best.

  • i'm not too crazy about this - it's too disjoint, not very lyrical. this piece is supposed to sing. even with what looks like an abnormally long bass bow (am i wrong?), he just isn't singing or sustaining phrases.
