After a severe concussion, I realized my mind is pretty much worthless, except to annoy me. I figured out a technique so simple, anyone can do it. I bypass my mind by simply acknowledging it's comments and noting them. Once I write a BRIEF reminder of what my head is saying on paper, I thank my mind. The intrusive thoughts stop because I have documented them in the physical universe. What we find next, is blissful serenity.
