All right, now that I have a few videos, I figured that it was time for me to create a AU music video! This one is for The Lord of the Rings.

It begins with the battle for Helm's Deep. Legolas and Aragorn are awaiting the Uruk-hai army behind the walls. Thunder claps and a steady pour of rain is falling. As Saruman's army approaches, Aragorn takes time for a flashback.

Aragorn approaches a very lost-in-thought Gandalf. The wizard tells him that he would not be there with them to fight at Helm's Deep, for he has "other business to attend to." Aragorn is a little discouraged, but Gandalf tells him that as long as the people have hope, the battle is not lost. Aragorn agrees and allows Gandalf to ride off.

Aragorn bursts out of this flashback and continues to concentrate on the battle in front of him. He draws his sword and orders for everyone to ready their arrows.

Another flashback occurs only this time it is one of Theoden's. It is about him realizing that there is not enough men in order to even make a dent in the Uruk-hai armies. He then sends Eomer off to talk to Denethor of Gondor to ask for reinforcements.

This memory is also interrupted by the Uruk-hai and the constant beating of the spears and chanting. The people of Rohan are feeling more and more nervous by the second.

Meanwhile, Eomer arrives to Minas Tirith and speaks to Denethor. He asks for some men to help with the ongoing battle. Denethor refuses, stating that Gondor has enough troubles of its own. Eomer states, a bit more forcefully, that the people of Rohan will be massacred without his help. Denethor yells and tells him to get out of his hall. A couple of the guards come and grab Eomer, trying to drag him out. He calls out, a last pitiful attempt for Denethor's help. But Denethor again refuses, ordering for the guards to throw him out.

A few days later, Gandalf arrives at Minas Tirith. The gates open for him and he rushes in and into Denethor's hall. He quickly gets to the point of his unannounced visit, stating that the army of Mordor is coming. "The enemy is on your doorstep," he tells him. Denethor refuses to believe him, yet runs outside to see for himself, just to be sure. Just as Gandalf had said, Mordor's army had arrived.

Back at Helm's Deep, the first arrow has been fired and the Uruk-hai begin to charge at the fortress. The arrows from behind the walls begin to fire.

"So it begins."

The battle official begins. The ladders come up over the wall, arrows are flying from both sides, and the casualties are inflicted more on Rohan than that of the Uruk-hai. The gate is already in danger of being broken down.

In Minas Tirith, things are not much better. The catapults are being launched from both the field and from behind the walls of the White City. The first shot fired from Minas Tirith was a failure and hit nothing. Towers crash on the walls and the close combat begins. The Nazgul and their Fell Beasts come and attack as well.

At Helm's Deep, the explosives are put into place. Aragorn sees the Uruk-hai that is going to light them. He orders Legolas to shoot it down. Legolas is able to get an arrow in it, but not before he gets shot with an arrow himself. Aragorn rushes up to his friend, but it is too late. For him as well. The wall explodes right where Aragorn was standing.

The catapults are still firing, literally. The rocks they are shooting are now on fire, setting the city aflame. The gate is being assaulted on with the Wolf's Head battering ram. Denethor, realizing that there is no hope left for the race of Men, commits suicide by burning himself to death.

The gate at Helm's Deep has been breached. Theoden, in a desperate attempt to help, is stabbed in the chest and eventually dies.

The Wolf's Head comes crashing through the gate of the White City. And as though remembering for the last time, Gandalf remembers the Fellowship and his friends' deaths.

Aragorn was killed by the explosion at Helm's Deep. Gandalf's staff was destroyed and will probably die in the battle of Minas Tirith. Legolas was shot while defending the people of Rohan. Gimli was killed by close combat with the Uruk-hai. Boromir was killed by Uruk-hai as well. Merry and Pippin were kidnapped and left for torture. Sam was drowned after his last words: "Don't you leave him, Samwise Gamgee." And Frodo was stabbed and killed, the Ring still clutched in his hand.

The Quest has failed.

Note: I do not own Lord of the Rings or anything related to it. I just made this for entertainment purposes. No infringement intended.

Sorry if it was depressing, I just felt the urge to make this.

  • whats the music in it???

  • @3:38 Time to kill some Gondoria- Oh shit, no wait, help me, fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu...

  • @xx0wishing0star0xx The movies are good, but I'd recommend reading the books as well. There was so much more going on in Middle Earth other than Aragorn's story and Frodo's story. Like the War in the North and the Scouring of the Shire. So much important stuff that the movies barely touched.

  • Wow.... that's very depessing

  • Well now...It's a good thing this isn't really how it would go...Or Middle Earth would be screwed.

  • no doom here .. the orcs failed, back to work people!

  • What,s the song in the beginnig of the video? it's fuckin' awesome!

  • so a good ending there

  • LOL 2:38 "OH SHIT!! I SLIPPED!

  • wow, somewhat depressing, but VERY well done!
