From a year ago, during my testing. One problem I've always had is doing my form too fast.

  • @AndersonChan84 People like you with such disrespect shouldn't be called martial artist. If you even are one. Get a clue. Keep your negitive feed back to your self. A-- Head

  • @AndersonChan84 Your an ass

  • Actually, this is the way the form was originally intended to be. Sine wave wasn't even introduced until about 20 years ago, and even then it was mostly to separate Tae Kwon Do from other forms of martial arts. Its funny how much ITF insists that sine wave is the best way to produce power, but I have never seen anyone use sine wave while they spar. Know your history before you start bashing others. Great job akumah. Nice sustained side kicks. Wish mine looked that nice!

  • That's a damn shame... Who ever says that this"juche"(...at least I think this was juche? It was ssoo fast I couldn't tell :S) was the best they've seen clearly needs to get some PROPER training and get taught by some One who is actually a certified black belt

Instructor only thing that was decent was your sloppy kicks :/ sorry man but

You got a waaayyys to go !

  • Yeah, i agree with the problem that you had, a little too fast. you probably perfected the form by now, but just pointing out that the jump spinning hooks, and the split kick needed a lot of work lol. all in all nice performance.

  • NICE!

  • Hey, I think you did well on this. I usually watch Jaroslaw Suska and enjoy his way of performing it, but your speed and snap add flavor to the form. Good job.

  • Interesting performance. Clearly have some good skills. Interested to read some of the comments re ITF vs old non sine wave technique. The reality is ITF Taekwon-do has evolved, as all martial arts should, Juche can only really be done properly if using current ITF sine wave technique - after all that's what it was designed for. Not saying there's anything wrong with the old way but its just not modern Taekwon-do.

  • exellent conditions... but you have to relax... enjoy the tul...

  • My god that is just awesome, I am currently trying to learn it but man that was incredible just awe inspiring, I cant get through the form without hurting myself in some way
