  • Yes. in the glide zones of your waxless skis only. It is too difficult to repair the waxless "fishscale" potion of the base.

  • Hi Saul,

    I have a couple of questions if it's ok:

    1. You refer to a medium grit sandpaper. Could you be a bit more specific i.e. 100, 200 etc.

    2. Swix have 3 or 4 Fibertex options. What do you recommend for the restoration process. Would you use a different one when routinely preparing the skis for wax.
