GET EXPOSED!
I often get e-mails from folks who want to know how to break away from their current jobs and into the creative and lucrative field of photography. Well, if you can't take time off to attend semester courses, I suggest joining a professional photography forum.

One of my favorites is NOBS photo success! They have their renouned NoBS Dangerous Downloads which include Videos, Actions, interviews, marketing strategies and much more. They also have a slew of discounts from the preferred Vendors List. Mama's products are included on that, too!

Who runs this great forum? Rob Provencher and James Hodgins, founders of NoBs Photo Success, have been teaching photographers their innovative, no-nonsense straight shooting approach to digital and marketing success for many years. With their to the point , humorous, and occasional irreverent attitude, they have created a success system that works, and that many emulate with success.

Get the Mama Shan NoBS Speial which waives the Activation Fee by clicking or copying and pasting the following in your browser's URL address bar:

Otherwise, at least take a tour of the site here:

NoBS Inferno gathering is in my hometown of Nashville TN November 2,3,4,5 FOR EDUCATION
& SUCCESS STRATEGIES FOR THE PORTRAIT& WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER WHO WANTS TO TURBO-CHARGE THEIR BUSINESS.

  • I doubt you'd ever see a difference between 11 and 12, but I've found some differences between 10 and 11 when I am saving artwork with extremely dynamic color ranges, especially when they are very smooth gradient transitions between multiple colors.

  • Good to hear that you take the time to observe your work and workflow and adjust for it. Something everyone should do!!! Just because I or anyone else does a thing, good to check it out for yourself. Bravo.

  • Thanks all for the support and appreciation...I appreciate that more than words can say!

  • nice stuff. always a pleasure.

  • I shoot a lot of photos on white seamless and I have always used the methods Zack Arias taught on his White Seamless Tutorial. As simple as it is, your method for adjusting the white point is a huge time saver. Thank you!!!

  • I *love* your tutorials.

They're so well thought out, so well presented, and so rich with good practices that I have to fight past my pleasure in seeing such good video teaching to get to the actual Photoshop information!

(Shortcut: Relax and watch video twice - once to admire and once to learn.)

  • thank you so much. It's really helpful.

I would like to be your student.

  • Thank you so much.

  • Thanks for your videos. You really the time out to teach. I am new with the adobe photoshop.

  • Thank you for sharing another one of your WONDERFUL tips!

  • ***thanks for including keyboard shortcuts for Mac users

  • Thank you for the compliment. I love your tutorials by the way. They have been a big help when I've had to do touch ups and such. I don't typically work with images of people, unless I'm doing massive modification that makes them unrecognizable.
