Smells like an inside job. Usually happens when high taxes and upkeep cut too deep in the profit margin. Big insurance payoffs, Police and fire inspectors get a cut too. It's an old racket.

Hi we use to come down from Hoboken in the 1960"s to go fishing off the pier .dose anybody remember fishing for the small mackerel in the small holes at the end of the pier .Oh the good old days.
